ICC Terminal ("we") provides CME and CFTC market data, a trading terminal (Android app, Windows app and web terminal at app.iccterminal.trade) and an MT5 copy trading service. This page explains what we store about you and why.

What we collect

• Account: your name and email address. If you log in with Google or Facebook we receive only your name, email address and an account id from them. We never see or store your Google / Facebook password.
• Devices: an id for each phone, PC or browser that uses your account (a one-way code made from the device's own id; we do not collect your phone number, contacts, location or files), the device name (e.g. "Samsung SM-A515F"), the last time it was used and its IP address. We use this to enforce the number of devices your plan allows, to give each device at most one free trial and to protect your account.
• Payments: the plan, amount, payment method and transaction id you enter when you pay.
• Copy trading: if you use the ICC Copier EA: your MT5 login number, server name, balance and the number of copied trades, so the service can size and monitor copies.
• Login history: time, IP address and device of logins, to detect misuse.

How we use it

Only to run your account and plan, to prevent abuse (shared accounts, repeated free trials, bots) and to answer your support requests. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not show you third-party ads.

Sharing

Your data is stored on our own server. It is shared only with the services needed to run it: Cloudflare (secure connection) and, if you choose them, Google or Facebook for login. We disclose data only when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and all data about it at any time, see Data deletion below.

Data deletion

To delete your ICC Terminal account and its data (including data received through Google or Facebook login):

1. Send a message from the email address of your account to [email protected] or on WhatsApp to +92 330 4040740 with the words "Delete my account".
2. We delete the account, its devices, sessions and login data within 7 days and confirm to you. Payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.

You can also remove ICC Terminal from your Google account (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps) or from Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites) at any time.
