When a plan ends
- Nothing is charged: a plan never renews by itself.
- We email you 3 days before it ends and on the day it ends, and the web terminal shows a short note.
- Your account and settings stay; you go back to the free view until you choose a plan again.
- Renewing early adds the new days after your current end date, so you never lose paid time.
7-day refund
Any plan payment, new or renewal, is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days, no questions asked. Read the refund policy for how to ask and how long it takes.
Questions
Does a plan renew or charge me again by itself?
No. Every plan is one payment for a fixed number of days. Nothing is charged again; to keep VIP you buy or renew a plan yourself.
Can I get my money back?

What happens when my plan ends?
